Task Tracker v1.1 Now AvailableA simple utility designed for consultants, paralegals, attorneys, or any other office worker that needs a quick and effective way to keep a list of what they have done during the day.
Quick entry allows a user to enter tasks while automatically tracking time spent. With a few clicks, a user can export one day or multiple days of tasks to excel so that they can massage the time data as they need to. After you download and install the utility, you will see an icon in the lower right of the screen. Right-click and go to show or double click to view the main screen.
Entering a task name and pressing enter or clicking the play button will start the timer. To start a new task, type in a new name and press enter. Tasks will be added to the list for faster switching between tasks. When you're ready to export, go to the Manage Entries screen, where you can send your task entries to Excel.
